How early do you arrive before bookings?
Depends on job but we tend to arrive at least 30min before

Do participants sign disclaimers?
No disclaimers need to be signed, instead we give you £5million insurance!

Have you ever had any injuries? (Our most popular question!)
“Injury when first aid was given”.
ClimbingWall/WaterZorbing/SurfSimulator/Rollers have been accident and injury free since time began! BodyZorbing/Bubble Football since 2008 we have had 4 injuries in perspective thats over a thousand bookings, individuals run into the 10s of thousands. None were serious and were dealt with on the day all are subsequently fine.

What are your prices?
We don’t have a price list as such; as every job is different we have to take into account fuel/time/setup/peak season…. email us for a no obligation price.

Where can I Zorb?
We have many venues across the South, our main venue is Bournemouth University and The Hamworthy Club in Poole.

Do you work with children with difficulties?
Yes we do, all of our staff are well mannered and have been trained to deal with behaviour problems all the way to physical disability.

Do I get a refund if choose to cancel?
If it’s two weeks before booking you won’t be entitled to a refund however we can change to a different date at no extra cost. Our full refund policy can be found on our terms & conditions.

Where do you travel to?
We are based in Poole Dorset, we travel all along the South Coast but we also do for example Birmingham London Kent Essex Devon Bristol Cumbria Wales…. have a look at our coverage map.

Can adults use the BodyZorbs?
Yes!

What happens if it rains?
Basically we get wet! We won’t close, unless health and safety is compromised.

Do you have public liability and risk assessments?
Yes all our insurance documentation and risk assessments are found on our bookings page.

About Zorbs?

Zorbs were invented in New Zealand in 1994,

these where the traditional Land Zorbing (Down the Hill)

What are they made off?

Zorbs are made of a very high quality plastic called Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).

Bubble Football?

Coming from the original Zorb. Invented around 2008 we started doing Zorb Football in Bournemouth in 2009.

Are they expensive?

High Quality TPU Zorbs cost a tremendous amount of money average per Zorb runs into the thousands.

WaterZorbing?

WaterZorbing has been around since 1998. WaterZorbs are made of that same quality TPU Plastic.

Are Zorbs Dangerous?

Yes when not used correctly. Cheap quality Zorb are highly dangerous. There has been no reported injuries from Bubble Football (BodyZorbing)
